As a small-scale family business, we pride ourselves on offering the perfect balance of professional reliability and warm, personal hospitality. Whether you are in need of fully managed project accommodation or need a peaceful base for your own temporary assignment, our B2B rental options are designed to let you(r team) work efficiently and unwind completely in beautiful surroundings.
Our spacious 150m² accommodations offer everything needed for a comfortable extended stay, including a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and toilet, and the flexibility of 2 or 3 bedrooms. Your team will enjoy the privacy of their own garden or terrace, the convenience of laundry facilities, and full access to all the amenities our holiday guests enjoy. To ensure a completely hassle-free stay, our offerings are all-inclusive: 5G Wi-Fi (20-80 Mbps), electricity, heating, and (hot) water are all taken care of. We also provide weekly bathroom cleaning and fresh bed, bath, and kitchen linens, alongside a thorough monthly deep clean of the entire lodge.

Each lodge has its own kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and garden. Whether it is shared with your colleagues or you are staying alone, your party will have an own space away from our other guests. Heating can be individually controlled (within a very generous fair use policy).

Cancellation policy
Cancellation within the rental period is possible with a 1-month notice for stays up to 1 year. For stays longer than a year, there is a 2-month notice period.

Extention guarantee
Those who are in a longer term rental period with us (>3 months) have a guaranteed extension option until 3 months before the proposed end date.

Monthly or Quarterly invoicing
Depending on your preferences and the duration of your stay, we invoice monthly or quarterly on a single, clear, combined invoice with a 30 day payment term.

Off season price plan
During the summer- and Christmas holidays, we have a high demand for leisure stays. If you won't be using the lodge during one or both of these periods, and are willing to vacate during those times, you will receive a 10-20% discount on the year-round rental price. Obviously, you can leave your personal belongings in safe storage during those times.
